Most customers take advantage of the full planning and installation service, however a delivery service can also be arranged. Their vetted installers have all served for many years. Wall and floor tiling is also arranged and an electrician/lighting specialist will also arrange a visit if required when plans are finalised. The services of a builder can also be scheduled into the “one stop” service they are able to project manage.

ConsumerCare Plus - Deposit Protection Scheme
As members of the KBSA, we are able to offer our customers a unique insurance protection product. In the unlikely event that we cease to trade, and in addition to the standard protection of deposits up to 25% of the total contract value paid (up to 120 days prior to installation), ConsumerCare Plus also provides protection for advanced payments up to 75% of the contract value (paid up to 14 days prior to commencement of work), as well as providing insurance against non-completion of up to 15% of the total contract value and a 6 year warranty period. ConsumerCare Plus is free of charge to all our customers.
