The ongoing Covid-19 crisis means that our Dewhirst Kitchens showroom in Leicester remains closed for now, but if you’ve had your heart set on getting a new kitchen fitted this year, it can definitely still be a possibility, thanks to our remote discovery sessions.

While we can’t get together in person, our team of kitchen design experts are still able to make the entire process as comprehensive, professional and seamless an experience as possible. The planning stages of professional kitchen installation can be carried out remotely by consulting with our kitchen experts through video conferencing and telephone calls.

The remote discovery sessions allow those who are considering getting a new kitchen installed the chance to see for themselves exactly what suits their style, would work best in their home and then get the wheels in motion.

Kitchen buyers can also download our online kitchen brochures to draw inspiration, as well as take a virtual tour of our extensive kitchen showroom from the comfort of their own home.

Here’s how our remote discovery sessions work

Leave your details to request a call back over the next few days – this includes your name, address, telephone number and any further comments. We shall then call you to discuss your needs and book a time to go through this in-depth.

We will explore the elements of your new kitchen, including style, look, feel, colours, appliances, time scale, budget, design ideas, likes and dislikes.

If you’re not sure exactly what you want, why not take a look through our online brochures for some inspiration? Our English and German factories offer a range of styles, together with appliances from Neff, Miele and Novy, we can tailor your new kitchen to suit you.

You can choose the following when planning your new kitchen:

Once we have guided you through our questions and you have submitted pictures, plans and drawings, we can start the design process.

About a week later we will call to guide you through the design, based on images that we have emailed to you. From here we can discuss alterations and prepare a second, third, or fourth option until we have the design and price that suits.

Then we can arrange a “contactless drop” of samples for you to view in your own home. When you are satisfied, we can order the kitchen and allow time to visit and measure, answering any further questions that you might have.

When you’ve made the decision to have a new kitchen fitted in 2020, there’s absolutely no point in waiting until we can all leave our homes again. Through these remote discovery sessions, you’ll put yourself ahead of the rest and be at the stage of getting your new kitchen fitted, once the pandemic is over.

Book your kitchen consultation in advance to be at the front of the queue and before you know it, you’ll be hosting wonderful parties for friends and family, while others are still at the stage of considering what type of kitchen would work for them.
